Summer Camp (TK-5)
LOCATIONS, TIMES & PRICING
This Summer, we are holding camps at four CVUSD elementary school sites: Aspen, Earths, Sycamore Canyon and Weathersfield. We offer session camps as well as a week-to-week camp. Session Camps will be held at Earths, Sycamore Canyon and Weathersfield. Week-to-Week Camp will be held at Aspen. Summer Camps at Aspen, Sycamore Canyon and Weathersfield are for children entering grades K-5 in the Fall of 2026. Summer Camp at Earths is for children entering grades K-2 only. Please note that children attending camp at Earths will not have field trips; camp at Earths is on-site only. Please see below for dates, pricing and terms.

TERMS & AGREEMENTS
Age Eligibility
Students entering Kindergarten through 5th grade during the 2026-27 school year may attend camp (please see camp grades above). All regular Child Care policies remain in place for Summer Camp.
Enrollment & Wait Lists
Enrollment is first come first served, based on the date and time in which we receive the completed registration and application fee. You may identify the camp, weeks and times you are interested in attending. Depending on space, we may offer you a spot at an alternate camp. You may call the Child Care Office to check available space at other locations. If space is available, we will accommodate your request. In this case your processing fee will be transferred to the appropriate camp/week.
If we are unable to fulfill any or all of your request, you have the option to be placed on the wait list. If you are placed on the wait list, you will be notified as soon as space becomes available.
Payments
REGISTRATION FEE: Session camps (Earths, Sycamore Canyon and Weathersfield) have a $30/child/session registration fee due at the time of registration. Week-to-week camps (Aspen) have a $20/child/week registration fee due at the time of registration. Please note: You will register and then be billed the registration fees on your MyProcare account. You are not considered registered until payment is made.
TUITION: All tuition payments are due the Tuesday before the week of attendance. Tuition payments must be made online by 4:00 pm on the due date. Payments can be made via the website: www.MyProcare.com or by setting up automatic payments with the Child Care Office. No payment will be accepted at the school site. It is the parent's responsibility to adhere to the payment deadlines. If your payment is not received by the appropriate dates, you may forfeit your Summer Camp space.
PAYMENT METHODS: Credit/Debit cards and ACH are accepted methods of payment. Credit/Debit cards can be set up for automatic payment by calling the Child Care Office, or by submitting the Automatic Payment Form with your camp enrollment paperwork.
Changes in Enrollment
If you need to make a change to your registration, please contact the CVUSD Child Care Office at University Center. Do not submit new information online. To request a change, please call or email the Child Care Office at (805) 492-3567 or [email protected]. Leave a message including your child's name, camp location(s), your phone number and the change requested. Changes in enrollment are only accepted at University Center and cannot be made at camp locations.
We request notification of a change at least one week prior to the week of attendance. All processing fees remain non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of notice. There are no credits or refunds for missed days at camp.
Camp Procedures
Camp is Monday-Friday. All camps begin at 7:30am. Camp at Earths ends at 3:00pm. Camps at Aspen, Sycamore Canyon and Weathersfield end at 6:00pm. There is no camp on June 19 or July 3.
We request that you do not send children to camp if they have a temperature, cough, runny nose, or any other symptoms. If your child becomes sick during the day, we will contact the parent(s) and expect pick-up within the hour.
Field Trips
All locations will participate in field trips except Earths. All field trip fees are included in the tuition rate. There is no child care onsite for those who choose not to participate in a field trip.
