Weathersfield TK/Kinder Camp
Calling all TK and Kindergarten students! CVUSD wants to set its youngest learners up for success! Five mornings a week, campers will participate in themed crafts, experiments, outdoor games, special on-site experiences, and more...while getting to dip their toes in the elementary school experience. To attend, campers must be entering TK or Kindergarten in the Fall of 2025 and be fully potty-trained.

CVUSD TK/Kinder Camp
Eligibility
Students must be entering TK or Kindergarten in the Fall of 2025 and be fully potty-trained.
Enrollment/Wait List
Enrollment is first come first served, based on the date and time in which we receive the completed registration and application fee. You may identify the camp, weeks and times you are interested in attending. Depending on space, we may offer you a spot at an alternate camp. You may call the Child Care Office to check available space at other locations. If space is available, we will accommodate your request. In this case your processing fee will be transferred to the appropriate camp/week.
If we are unable to fulfill any or all of your request, you have the option to be placed on the wait list. If you are placed on the wait list, you will be notified as soon as space becomes available.
Payments
REGISTRATION FEE: TK/Kinder Camp has a $20/child/session registration fee due at the time of registration. Please note: You will register and then be billed the registration fees on your MyProcare account. You are not considered registered until payment is made.
TUITION: All tuition payments are due the Tuesday before the week of attendance. Tuition payments must be made online by 4:00 pm on the due date. Payments can be made via the website: www.MyProcare.com or by setting up automatic payments with the Child Care Office. No payment will be accepted at the school site. It is the parent's responsibility to adhere to the payment deadlines. If your payment is not received by the appropriate dates, you may forfeit your Summer Camp space.
PAYMENT METHODS: Credit/Debit cards and ACH are accepted methods of payment. Credit/Debit cards can be set up automatic payment with the MyProcare Automatic Payment form on our website, or by calling the Child Care Office. You may set up automatic payments throughout the summer. "Bill Pay" is also accepted, however, it is the parent's responsibility to ensure that the bank check is received in our office by the tuition due dates.
Changes in Enrollment
If you need to make a change to your registration, please contact the CVUSD Child Care Office at University Center. Do not submit new information online. To request a change, please call or email the Child Care Office at (805) 492-3567 or [email protected]. Leave a message including your child's name, camp location(s), your phone number and the change requested. Changes in enrollment are only accepted at University Center and cannot be made at camp locations.
We request notification of a change at least one week prior to the week of attendance. All processing fees remain non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of notice. There are no credits or refunds for missed days at camp.
Camp Procedures
Camp is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-12:00pm. There is no camp on June 19 (Juneteenth) or July 4 (Independence Day).
We request that you do not send children to camp if they have a temperature, cough, runny nose, or any other symptoms. If your child becomes sick during the day, we will contact the parent(s) and expect pick-up within the hour. All regular Child Care policies remain in place for Summer Camp.
